As public funding for the arts continues to face cuts, supporting artists, cultural institutions and local bars/restaurants through experiences like ours has never been more crucial. In the Know NY is committed to providing thought-provoking performances that challenge perspectives and expose audiences to new ideas. At the same time, we understand the value of joy and play—offering music, comedy, dance, for the sake of fun. Whether it's an engaging performance or a casual night of drinks and laughter, our offerings foster genuine connection without the hassle and stress of planning or having to have a finger on the city’s pulse. By creating immersive, lively experiences, we aim to build community and make entertainment both enriching and entertaining, while building connections, allowing clients to be "in the know”.
About Me
I still vividly remember the moment a piece of theater completely changed my worldview, and another night when a concert filled me with so much joy that I danced until my feet hurt. There’s something magical about live entertainment—it connects you deeply with others around you, whether they’re strangers experiencing the same show or friends you’re sharing the moment with. These are experiences that move you to your core and stay with you, whether sparking empathy, reflection, laughter, joy, or an entirely new perspective.
I’ve always loved connecting with people, and there’s nothing quite like bonding over shared experiences—whether it’s conversations over drinks, breaking bread together, or simply enjoying a great performance side by side. In our fast-paced world full of digital distractions, it’s increasingly rare—and incredibly valuable—to engage deeply and intentionally with each other.
Today, with so much uncertainty in the world, arts funding on the decline, and endless social media noise pulling our attention in every direction, it feels more important than ever to create meaningful connections in real life. I’m passionate about seeking out hidden gems across New York City, from cozy speakeasies and great restaurants to unique performances that might otherwise fly under the radar.
That’s why I started In the Know NY. My goal is simple: help New Yorkers escape their routines, discover amazing local artists, shows and local businesses, and reconnect with the vibrant city around them. Whether it’s a provocative play, an electrifying live concert, a comedy show, or an unforgettable cocktail experience, I curate memorable evenings that let you experience the absolute best of NYC culture—without any of the planning stress.
